The ultimate software solution for the track rat looking to turn heads in their N54 BMW, Dinan’s Stage 4 Performance Software will surely impress. It yields so much power that is can only be deemed legal on track environments. Boost pressure is raised, fuel mixtures and ignition timing is retuned, and top speed governor are all removed all the while keeping BMW factory safeguards unaltered. The software combined with select Dinan performances parts  create an engine that now produces over 14psi of boost at 6300 RPM and yields a maximum of 444 HP @ 6350 RPM / 450ft-lbs @ 3300 RPM. Dinan Stage 4 software REQUIRES  N54 big compressor turbos, as well as Dinan’s cold air intake, intercooler, and oil cooler to fully regulate the boost increase and deliver a polished product. In addition to the Dinan product, an aftermarket downpipe is also required although not sold by Dinan.

Free Flow Stainless Exhaust (D660-0043 & D660-0043-BLK): An important addition for any enthusiast who wishes their car to sound as good as it performs while also supplying significant power gains itself. These exhausts are dyno tested for maximum exhaust flow with minimum backpressure. The system is designed to provide a more aggressive sound under acceleration, while reducing drone inside the vehicle, thanks to Dinan’s exclusive Helmholtz Chamber and Butterfly Valve technologies.

High Flow Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake (D760-0034):  Our cold air intake force feeds the 3 liter turbocharged inline 6 with greater volumes of cool, oxygen rich air for substantial power gains by utilizing our secondary carbon fiber intake. The system is so effective that the carbon fiber inlet air temperature is a full 40 degrees Fahrenheit cooler than the incoming air from the stock inlet. Due to the increased airflow from our intake, the power-curve is extended into the higher RPM’s for a noticeable change. The system is a direct replacement for the factory air box lid, employing a hand-crafted carbon fiber unit that also includes a secondary carbon fiber intake tube that captures cool air from the lower grill and includes the shielding for the conical filter to insulate it from power robbing engine compartment heat.

High Performance Intercooler (D330-0010B): Greater power gains are achieved with a larger high performance intercooler. The Dinan® intercooler offers double the volume of the stock unit, substantially reducing the pressure drop by 0.7 psi, as well as providing more efficient heat exchange. "Cool down" time is also reduced, enabling the cars to produce full power under varying driving conditions such as stop and go traffic. The system has been engineered as a direct replacement for the stock unit, requiring only minor modifications for a clean, factory-like installation. The intercooler also features larger connector tubing and custom shrouding for maximum efficiency.

High Capacity Oil Cooler System (D570-0822): BMW 1M comes from the factory with an auxiliary radiator smaller than a half sheet of paper. It will do little to keep the "limp mode" or heat soak away during a track day. The Dinan High Capacity Oil Cooler provides literally twice the volume of the stock unit, as well as 414 sq./in. of cooling tube vs. 112.5, and that's really just the beginning. Nicely integrated inlet ducting provides greater airflow efficiencies and the ventilation of air to the fender well has also been improved with a larger outlet. 

N54 Big Compressor Turbos (R310-0051): For the racing enthusiast, this is the ultimate upgrade to fully maximize the power output of your N54 engine. The compressor wheel inside each turbocharger is increased in size enabling additional boost pressures at higher engine speeds while retaining efficiency. Furthermore, the Dinan twin-turbo upgrades come with upgraded heavy duty wastegate pivots that are significantly more durable than stock.
