I just had my first service visit to ERR. The staff was courteous, professional and service was fast. Karl spent about 20 minutes educating me on the notorious Porsche IMS bearing and what I could do to minimize the risk of a "heart attack". If you have a European performance vehicle, you owe it to yourself to give ERR an chance. Five stars.
